Who is She?

Whitney is a character from the Pokémon franchise, and boss fight of Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal and its remakes Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. She's the third Gym Leader boss and is overall the fifth boss of the game. She is known for being the very first Gym Leader who specializes in Normal-Type Pokémon.
